Last night we slept well again with the family in Lat Krabang.
Pia has an appointment this afternoon in the Ramkhamhaeng
Hospital to have dark spots on her face laser.
We have agreed that Tom will be driving, the hospital is easy to find.
We thought yesterday that we do not have enough room with the standard amount of luggage on
a KLM, namely 23 kg of checked luggage per person.
We want to book one extra piece of checked baggage, that costs EUR 80, and therfor we are
going to buy a new suitcase after visiting the hospital.
During the coffee, Tom books an extra piece of checked luggage with the KLM, it is arranged within five minutes.
At noon we leave for the Ramkhamhaeng hospital.
Tom has already looked at the route on https://www.google.com/maps, and Pia knows the way.
It should be half an hour's drive, but because we don't know how busy it is we leave on time.
Then Pia does not seem to know the way so well, we put the route planner on the phone, and
we find the hospital and the parking lot without any problems.
Finding a place to put the car is more difficult because Pia does not recognize where we are.
After some questions that is also solved quickly.
It is a large area where golf carts drive around to take people to the right place.
Pia expects to be ready within half an hour, and Tom is waiting in a Starbucks in the
hospital.
That half hour becomes more than two and a half hours, and then we are hungry.
We eat something at a restaurant in the hospital, it's not very tasty.
With the help of the phone we drive to Seacon where we want to buy a suitcase at Robinson. The route is simple, but we have never driven this route, which is why we still use the route planner.
At Robinson we first look at Baseball caps from
Converse, but they are no longer there, so
we buy a cap of Hara.
There are plenty of suitcases.
We choose a lightweight Delsey suitcase, not the
biggest size, with a 50% discount.
Then we do some shopping at Tops and at
Lotus's.
When we drive back it is busy and it gets dark, not nice to drive.

We tell what we have done and experienced during a trip and we also tell what we think about it; no more and no less.
This is not a travel guide, nor is it advice to visit a place or not.
There are other sites for that.
Our opinion about places where we have eaten, drunk or slept is not intended as a (positive or negative) assessment,
there are other sites for that.
It is our view of the situation at a certain moment and that view is influenced by our mood,
the weather and many other factors.
